A Slay on the Wild Side

The first annual Wild Life Fashion Show did not come to play with us this year! From a full bar, live DJ, and not to mention the lakeside view, it offered so much more than just high fashion. I was hosted by Michè McIver of @creativeyoungminds_ and Pure Horse Play Adventures and there was definitely enough fun there to be had by all. Pure Horse play brought out some of their gorgeous horses so that the guests would be able to pet them or RIDE them with a guide and I had never been more excited to get to try out my riding skills.
The music had me out of my seat ALL night, as he played a little bit from each genre and I jammed to all of them. They fired up the grill and brought out the complimentary wine and then I knew I was in for a night filled with fun and entertainment.
One of the things I enjoyed about the line-up in the fashion show was the wide variety of models that were presented. It is so very important to recognize that we all come a different background and are beautiful in our own way and that's exactly the vibe that the runway gave. The fashion is a tribute to the hard work of the designers and their love for being creative and fashionable. The models sang and danced, as well as WALKED, and where have you ever seen that? Each piece was worn flawlessly by each model, so much so, that I was trying to get on the stage and SLAY with them!!
Live snakes, live painting, and live entertainment all in one place! What more could you ask for? The entire Pure Horse Play and Creative Young Minds came together in order to give you an event you will want to keep coming back to every year. The confidence displayed by the Pure Horse Play event staff and Michè was something that I could not take for granted either! Models of different ages, shapes and sizes,..... and even a couple men who handled a snake... WHILE walking the runway. The Wild Life Fashion Show is sure to get bigger and better every year, so be on the lookout as we coordinate more events like this one.
